Meet Reneé

A sought after life strategist and business coach, Reneé has a unique ability to coach people towards a vision. With her special gift of encouragement, she brings a fresh perspective to her clients on how to rediscover their dreams, strategize a plan and make the shifts to accomplish their goals. Her passion to coach others to develop their natural strengths and find their purposeful path is contagious among the professionals and entrepreneurs with whom she works.

As Leadership Giving Director for United Way of Laramie County, Reneé saw a need for women and girls to reach their full potential. Realizing there was not a venue to make that happen, she helped create the vision for the Women’s Leadership Council of Laramie County. Reneé’s passion for the women of Laramie County has helped make the positive differences in the lives of many women.

Reneé’s distinctive skill in listening and understanding the people she works with has given new energy to many projects. As a Co-Leader of a Capital Campaign, she helped Cheyenne Hills Church prepare for its second decade of growth. Reneé spoke to groups and inspired them to prayerfully seek God’s will for their part in the effort. The campaign was successful, leading to pledges of over $2 million. The church was able to reach its goal of paying off the mortgage within four years and preparing the church to set financial goals to enter new seasons of growth.

An entrepreneur at heart, Reneé has been a successful business owner and enjoyed building relationships with her clients while helping them to set goals for their financial futures. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, a graduate of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne program, a past president of Cheyenne Young Professionals and is a member of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce.

Her commitment to excellence led her to achieve her Core Essentials Graduate designation in Coaching from Coach U. Coach U is a renowned coaching institute that has trained over 30,000 coaching in 61 countries. Founded in the United States in 1992, CoachU is recognized as the world’s first and original coach training school..the school that is recognized for having founded the coaching profession.
